Class	Description
EsbControlChannel	A runtime's listener on the ESB control topic (spec section 6): the internal, non-durable topic qqq.esb.control, on each provider that the runtime's triggers use.
EsbControlChannel.Action	What a control message asks each node to do to its runner for a trigger.
EsbRuntimeService	The runtime service (QInstance.withRuntimeService) through which an application launcher starts the node's ESB trigger runtime (QEsbRuntime.getInstance) with its server, and stops it at shutdown.
EsbTriggerControl	Pause, resume, or restart a trigger's consumers on every node (spec sections 6 and 8).
EsbTriggerHandler	Runs a trigger's process for ESB events (spec section 6), plus the per-message helpers that EsbTriggerRunner uses around a run: the attempt number, backoff, error text, and dead-letter messages.
EsbTriggerRunner	Runs one trigger's consumers on this node (spec section 6).
EsbTriggerState	The state of one trigger's consumers on this node (EsbTriggerRunner.getState)
QEsbRuntime	The ESB trigger runtime on this node: one EsbTriggerRunner for each trigger (EsbProcessMetaData.triggers) in an instance.
