Enum Class ConsistencyGuarantee

java.lang.Object
java.lang.Enum<ConsistencyGuarantee>
com.kingsrook.qqq.backend.core.model.actions.consistentread.ConsistencyGuarantee
All Implemented Interfaces:
Serializable, Comparable<ConsistencyGuarantee>, Constable

public enum ConsistencyGuarantee extends Enum<ConsistencyGuarantee>
What a consistent-read transaction actually guarantees - to be recorded by callers (e.g., in a backup manifest) rather than assumed.
  • Enum Constant Details

    • ONE_INSTANT

      public static final ConsistencyGuarantee ONE_INSTANT
      Every table read through the transaction reflects one single instant.
    • PER_TABLE

      public static final ConsistencyGuarantee PER_TABLE
      Each table is internally consistent, but different tables may reflect different instants.
    • BEST_EFFORT

      public static final ConsistencyGuarantee BEST_EFFORT
      No snapshot guarantee (e.g., MyISAM tables, or a backend with no snapshot support) - reads see whatever is committed when they run.
