public class JobFinalizer
extends Object

Moves a job to the status its chunks imply, once nothing is running: CANCELLING -> CANCELLED, PAUSING -> PAUSED, and RUNNING (or QUEUED) with no work left -> COMPLETED, COMPLETED_WITH_ERRORS, FAILED or NEEDS_REVIEW. Every transition is a compare-and-set, so any pod may call evaluate at any time: exactly one wins a transition, and only the winner signals it (one notification per finish).
