public class DeveloperPanelsAction
extends Object

Build the developer panels for a table's record: the built-in panels (record security), then every provider registered in the instance's DeveloperPanelsMetaData, each asked whether it is available first. A provider that fails (to load, to say whether it is available, or to build) yields a panel with an error message, so one broken module does not hide the others. Panels come back sorted by order, then title.
